1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Vijaya Gold Company ("Company"), located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all gold and silver buying transactions, purity testing, pledged gold release services, and use of our website.

2. Our Services

Vijaya Gold Company exclusively buys gold and silver. We do not sell gold or silver. Our services include:

• check_circle Free gold purity testing using non-destructive XRF technology.
• check_circle Doorstep gold buying services for bulk quantities.

3. Transaction Process

All gold and silver buying transactions follow this process:

• check_circle Identity Verification: You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License) as required by law.
• check_circle Purity Testing: All items are tested using our German XRF machines. The purity results are shown to you on-screen in real time.
• check_circle Valuation: The price is determined based on the live market rate, weight, and purity of your gold or silver at the time of the transaction.
• check_circle Payment: Payment is made instantly via cash or bank transfer upon your acceptance of the quoted price.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are based on the prevailing live market rate at the time of the transaction. Quoted prices are valid only at the time of the offer and may change due to market fluctuations. Payment is processed immediately upon agreement. We do not charge any hidden fees, testing fees, or processing charges.

5. Pledged Gold Release

For pledged gold release services, we settle the outstanding loan amount with the bank or financial institution on your behalf. The remaining value after loan settlement is paid to you. All bank documentation and loan closure procedures must be completed before the transaction is finalized. You must provide the original pledge receipt and relevant bank documents.

6. No Refund / No Return Policy

Once a transaction is completed and payment has been made, the transaction is considered final. Gold and silver items that have been purchased by us cannot be returned or exchanged. You are free to decline the offered price at any point before accepting the transaction, with no obligation or charges.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid identification to transact with us. The gold or silver items must be legally owned by you, and you must have the legal authority to complete the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that we suspect may involve stolen or illegally obtained items.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vijaya Gold Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question. We are not responsible for market fluctuations after a transaction has been completed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
